Terms & Conditions
Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and AppointVisa ("we", "us") for the US visa appointment assistance service and this website. By submitting a request, paying an advance or using the site, you accept them.
1. Who we are
AppointVisa is an independent appointment assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the U.S. Government, the U.S. Embassy or Consulates in India, or any official visa scheduling platform. See our disclaimer.
- Service provider: AppointVisa
- Email: support@appointvisa.com
- Phone / WhatsApp: +919227090397
2. The service
We help you find and book US visa OFC (biometrics) and consular interview appointments within the preferences you give us — visa category, cities, number of applicants and the date window you accept. A booking team watches official availability and, when a slot that fits your preferences opens, books it in your scheduling account.
We do not fill in your DS-160, give immigration or legal advice, pay government fees for you, or influence any decision of the U.S. Government. Information on this website is general guidance only.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old. If you request appointments for other applicants (for example your family or employees), you confirm that you have their permission to share their details with us and to act for them, including for applicants under 18.
4. Access to your scheduling account
To book for you, our team needs access to your official scheduling account. You share it only after we connect, over a private channel — never in a public form. By sharing it you authorise us to sign in, search for appointments and book or reschedule within the preferences agreed with you, and for nothing else. We will not change your profile, applicant details or security settings.
You confirm that the account is yours (or that you are authorised to use it) and that you may share access with us. The official system may ask for verification, limit sign-ins or apply its own rules; we are not responsible for actions the official system takes. You can withdraw our access at any time by changing your password — please tell us when you do, and change it once your appointment is booked.
5. Fees, the advance and the balance
Our service fee is shown on the pricing page and confirmed with you before work starts, together with the date window and deadline agreed for your request. Active monitoring starts once you pay the advance.
The balance (the agreed fee minus the advance) is due once an appointment within your agreed preferences has been booked, and must be paid within the time stated in your payment summary. Government (MRV) visa fees are separate and are paid by you directly to the official system. Prices may change for new requests; the price agreed for your request does not change.
6. Refunds and cancellation
The advance is refunded in full only if we fail to deliver — that is, if we cannot book an appointment within your agreed preferences by the agreed deadline.
It is not refundable if you cancel the service for any reason (including before the deadline), because our team's time and operating costs are committed from the moment monitoring begins; if you withdraw our account access or change your preferences so that we cannot work on your request; or once we have booked an appointment within your agreed preferences — even if you later decide not to use it. Full details are in our refund & cancellation policy.
7. Changes to your request
If you change your cities, category, number of applicants or date window after monitoring starts, we will tell you whether the fee or deadline changes before we continue. A booking made within the preferences in force at the time counts as delivered.
8. What we can't promise
Appointment availability is controlled by the official scheduling system. We do not guarantee that a slot will open, a specific date, visa approval or visa issuance. Our only promise is the refund in section 6 if we don't book by the agreed deadline.
9. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, keep your passport, DS-160 and scheduling account ready, reply to us in reasonable time when we need a confirmation, attend the appointments booked for you, and do not ask us to do anything unlawful or against the official system's terms. Do not share false documents or another person's details without their permission.
10. Communication
By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you on the channels you choose (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Discord or phone) about your request, and send service emails such as booking and payment updates. Occasional offers by email can be turned off at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
11. Referral programme
A referral reward is paid to the referrer and the referred friend only after the friend's appointment is booked and their balance is paid. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and referrals from people already in contact with us don't qualify. We may change or end the programme, and withhold a reward where we see abuse; rewards already earned are honoured.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions or outages of the official scheduling system, appointment cancellations or rescheduling by the U.S. Government, visa refusals, travel or other indirect losses. Our total liability for a request is limited to the fees you paid us for that request.
13. Ending the service
We may decline or stop working on a request if information is false, if continuing would break the law or the official system's terms, or if you misuse the service. If we stop for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the advance.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as official system outages or policy changes, embassy closures, internet or power failures. If such an event lasts beyond your deadline, we will agree a new deadline with you or refund the advance.
15. Website content
The content, design and brand on this website belong to AppointVisa. You may not copy or scrape it for commercial use, or use automated tools against it.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are resolved quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you paid your advance apply to that request.
